Garden of Remembrance

I'm a big fan of art. Especially dark art, with a lot of grey, black and red forming silouttes of creatures or bodies. I looked at a picture of a dancer with a pitch black dress and piercing eyes. Words like death, raven, ashen and bones came to my mind. So I decided to write a piece about it…

She prefers to dance in the garden of remembrance

amongst the stones,

she lives to hear the quiver

of bones.

A dark beauty with an ashen visage,

embosomed by pirouettes of a lethal kind,

like her deceptive nature, perfectly aligned.

Death is the pith coming from her lips,

while her raven

forgathers putrescent flesh,

from her victim's hips.
