How the mind can make one feel.
Forced fed images flickering in my mind
Too many recollections I just can't rewind
Scenes of the macabre filling with dread
Can't seem to stop what's going on in my head
Let it cease, let the film reel break
Give me some peace, for goodness sake
Can't go on, witnessing these sights
Can't discern what's day or night
Set me free, let me be.

It’s about a day walking the cobbled streets of Praira da rocha
It’s about a birthday celebrated in Portimao with my husband
It’s about a day I enjoyed on the beach while I was vacating in Prara da rocha
Chemistry was my first poem composed from a park bench in Romford in Gidea Park.
